What are Easy Key, Easy Charge, and Easy Flip?
These are convenience features designed to make your ride seamless:
  • Easy Key: Truly keyless feature. Unlock your Kinetic DX and DX+ with a passcode, change passcodes from your Kinetic EV App, no need to find or keep keys.
  • Easy Charge: It’s an on-board charger with a retractable cable, eliminating the need to carry a separate charger, allowing you to utilise the complete under-seat storage. Available only on the DX+ just Pull it. Plug it. Forget it.
  • Easy Flip: A smart, one-touch pillion foot rest deployment for added ease. No need to bend to pull-out the pillion footrest.
When will my DX / DX+ be delivered?
Delivery timelines depend on your city, variant availability, and order date. Our customer care team will update you with your expected delivery date once the booking is confirmed.
In what colours can I buy the DX and DX+?
The Kinetic DX is available in Silver and Black and DX+ is offered in five colours - Red, Blue, White, Silver and Black.
Can I change the variant for my existing order? How do I do that?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your variant before vehicle invoicing. Simply reach out to our customer care team or your allocated dealership, and they will assist with the modification formalities.
What is the service interval?
The recommend service interval is every 6,000 km or 6 months, whichever comes first, to ensure excellent performance and long life of your Kinetic EV.
How much warranty do I get on the battery?
The DX/DX+ battery is covered under a standard warranty of 3 years / 50,000 kms and an extended 9 Years / 1,00,000 kms warranty option. Warranty terms depend on usage and condition as per the guidelines, terms and conditions of Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd.
How long does it take to charge the DX / DX+?
The 0-80% charge time is 3 hours, depending on temperature and power supply.

How do I book the DX / DX+?
You can book your Kinetic EV online at kineticev.in or visit any authorized Kinetic dealership.
How do I check the status of my order?
Share your booking number via email at info@kineticev.in or call our customer support at 86000 96800. Our team will assist you with the latest update.
Can I purchase more than one scooter with a single booking registration?
No, each DX/DX+ purchase requires a separate booking to ensure accurate records and delivery tracking.
My booking was made in a different name. Can I purchase the vehicle under another name?
Yes, you may transfer the booking during invoice generation, provided valid identity and purchase documents are submitted for the new buyer.
I’ve heard that electric scooters don’t require a licence to ride them. Why do I need a licence for DX and DX+?
The DX and DX+ have a top speed above 25 km/h and require RTO registration, a number plate, and a valid two-wheeler licence as per Indian transport laws. Hence, a licence is required.
Will I receive a PM E-DRIVE subsidy when purchasing the vehicle?
The DX and DX+ are eligible for PM E-DRIVE subsidy. But if the buyer meets all government eligibility guidelines, the subsidy will be applied during purchase through the dealership. Final subsidy benefits may vary by state policy compliance and documentation.

What is the warranty policy?
Every Kinetic DX/DX+ is backed by a comprehensive vehicle + battery warranty covering major components against manufacturing defects.
What is the duration of the standard warranty on my Kinetic EV?
The DX/DX+ is covered under a standard warranty of 3 years / 50,000 km. Warranty terms depend on usage and condition as per the guidelines, terms and conditions of Kinetic Watts and Volts Ltd.
What is covered under the vehicle warranty?
Electrical components, drivetrain, chassis, and all essential functional parts are protected from manufacturing-related failures as per Kinetic EV’s warranty booklet.
What is not covered under the vehicle warranty?
Consumables (tyres, brake pads, bulbs), wear-and-tear damage, water ingress due to misuse, and unauthorized modifications, and mishandling of the vehicles are excluded from warranty coverage.
How can I extend my vehicle warranty?
Extended warranty plans can be purchased within 3 months from the vehicle invoice date.
How can I extend my vehicle warranty?
You can extend your vehicle warranty by opting for an Extended Warranty package through your nearest authorised Kinetic Watts and Volts dealership.
Can my vehicle's warranty become invalid?
Yes, warranty may void if:
  • Repairs are done at unauthorized service centers
  • Parts are tampered/modified
  • Non-compliance with scheduled service intervals
  • Commercial usage of vehicles
